About Optimation

Optimation originated from AES Panelshop and has since grown into an independent company with a clear mission: to digitalise panel building with our Optima platform and our own machines Testudo and Castellum. We make the work more accessible, more efficient and future proof.

As an Account Manager at Optimation, you work in a small and ambitious team. You are the link between technology and commerce. You understand the challenges of our customers and translate them into concrete solutions.

What you will do

• Proactively approach and advise national and international customers in panel building and machine manufacturing

• Sell our software Optima and our machines Testudo and Castellum

• Build and maintain long term customer relationships

• Identify trends and opportunities in the market

• Work closely with our technical team to deliver the best solution for each customer

• Represent Optimation at trade fairs, events and customer visits

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commercial Economics, Technical Business Administration, International Business or a technical study such as Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics with commercial experience

• Sales experience, preferably in the technical or industrial sector

• Affinity with software, machines or industrial automation

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

• You are entrepreneurial, results driven and customer focused
