About Optimation

Optimation originated from AES Panelshop and has grown into an independent, innovative software and hardware company. Our mission is to digitalise panel building and make it accessible to everyone. With our Optima platform and our own machines such as Testudo and Castellum, we are a leader in the sector.

As a Hardware Engineer, you work in a small and close knit team where your work truly has impact. We keep communication short, learn from each other and celebrate successes together. You will work on high tech projects for a wide range of customers in machine building and industry.

What you will do

• See your design come to life directly in a built control panel

• Work with the newest tools and digital engineering techniques EPLAN Pro Panel and Optima

• Enjoy a lot of variety from design to production preparation

• Learn, grow and become a specialist in digital panel building

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

• Experience or interest in EPLAN Pro Panel experience is a plus

• Good command of Dutch and English

• You are accurate, eager to learn and practical
